can padded bras stop young girls growth if they really have nothing there?? well heres the deal.. i have two 11 year old sisters. one is already up and out growing breasts (she started her period a while ago now)but my other sister just a few months ago started her period, shes going through puberty, and she doesnt really have anything there. i understand that she wants to feel like a woman already because she sees me, my younger sister, and my cousins but shes not ready for it.. my only concern is if shes already wearing padded/proper bras w/e u call it when she doesnt have anything there.. can it stop her growth??

No, I don't think that wearing a padded bra will make any difference in her breasts growing. She probably should not sleep in them as growth happens when we are sleeping.

Fruit of the Loom makes good padded push up bra's and old navy has really good just fabric bra's. I would go with just fabric then at 1/2 way through 13 switch to padded or over the summer. Non padded are best for sports.

Lol no you are NOT right. Girls wear bras for support as it feels very uncomfortable to go without one and have your breasts just feeling "out there". Also, without bras, you might be able to see a girl's nipples which is also something a girl doesn't really want happening. As far as ten year olds wearing bras.....some of them might actually need them. Girls are developing younger and younger these days and my mom started developing breasts at 10 years old. They might just be training bras which is what I first wore when I started out.
